Also dell has Vista 64 bit drivers out for it, but I don't know if
they will run on XP 64 or not

As we all know that many drivers aren't there for XP-64, then those who want to experiment with it need to be dual booting with XP-32 or Win 2k, whichever has the driver coverage you need. So you can enjoy life just like the rest of us who choose to use alternative OSes...
