I need to get laptop, what should I get?

I want a laptop that does not share its video with ram. I want a 32 meg card or so. Also something that isnt tooo big and can run windows 2000 because xp suxs! Anyone have a decnt laptop for uner 1300? Im looking at the Dell Inspiron 4500. Any other suggestions?
 
Toshiba laptops are also good. IBM Thinkpads are great but a little more expensive and IBM's been slow to move to good video.

I assume you already know to get ATI or nVidia video and not savage or trident. I usually buy nVidia for desktop video, but ATI has the lead for laptops.
