Its a regular ole KEY Lock, but both keys are lost.

Will bolt cutters get a lock off?

What would you do?

A bolt cutter could work. Depends on how hard the metal is.

Do you have an angle grinder?

I used a battery powered dremel to get rid of some padlocks once. Worked great. but boltcutters might cost less.

So, if i boil some water and throw it on the lock than hit it. It might pop open?

1) Go to Home Depot / Lowes / local hardware store
2) Tell them you need to cut a lock, and you need bolt cutters
3) ???
4) Profit

Cheap ones will not work? What size do i need? Will these work?

They will work, but you might struggle more depending on the quality of the lock and the angle that you can access it with.

A fresh cheap pair might work just fine, but you might destroy the cutting edges in just one use. Once again, depends on the quality of the lock. If it's a cheap lock, it'll snap of surprisingly easy.

The pair you picked has shorter handles which means worse overall leverage, but easier to get an angle on the lock.

I've cut off maybe 15+ locks in day, lol.

I got a pretty good quality pad lock off a storage unit using a cheap pair of $15 bolt cutters from Sears. My dad and I had to each take a handle and slam them shut toward each other, but after a few tries with no result it cracked through.
