It's a pop song. Slow and twangy. They almost sound like Our Lady Peace, but it's not them.

I only know a few lyrics

Something along those lines. It's really twangy, drawn out when he sings the all by myself part. It's a new song, from this year.

And yeah, those lyrics could go to a million songs.
