I have never owned anything by HTC and I might be wasting your time with this, but try dialing:

often the Field Test menus have information like MAC addresses and I think ##DEBUG## is the code for HTC's.

Still looking for it? Ive got a mogul (WM pro/ppc) and the s621 runs wm standard/smartphone iirc, so I dont know if all the menus are the same, but on my mogul, go to start>settings>connections>wireless lan>advanced. Make sure you have wifi turned on and it will give you the mac address there.
