I need to find someone to take my roommate's place in my apartment at college.

My roommate's moving out at the end of this year and I need some ideas on how to find a replacement.

Post ads in the student centers and buildings?

That's all I could come up with. All my friends already have places. All I need is a neat and tidy human being to fill up the space. I don't particularly care if we become friends. Just as long as we can live with each other, I'll be fine.

My community is too small. It's not listed in Craigslist, nor is it close enough to any major places on Craigslist.

Good try though. Thanks.

Find a local real estate agent and have it listed in the mls system. They usually charge the first month's rent for their services.

Yeah, I think your best bet is to post ads in student centers, and tell everyone you see. Word of mouth has amazing results.
