I just want to slim down by eating slightly better. I've been told that eating several small meals is better than a few big meals; for the last several years I've been eating 1-2 big meals a day. I'm trying to take longer with my food and eating several small meals now (maybe 3-4 with much smaller portions). Maybe it's all in my head, but I feel a little thinner and the waistline on my pants feels looser. I think it's a sign of improvement.
Try to cut down on candy, it doesn't provide anything for you nutritionally. If you just want to live longer, exercise is a good way
