I have an itx mobo I bought December 2007 for a client to use as a simple clock-in station. It was the model listed below but w/o the SATA ports and only 1 IDE. Now the 2.5" hdd I used is starting to slow way down and I need to clone it. I have this IDE 3.5" Samsung hdd (SP4002H) that I can pin to the 2nd ide in the ribbon but I have no way to connect a cd drive, only a usb thumb drive.

I would really appreciate some help.

motherboard: Intel BLKD201GLY2 Intel Celeron 220 SiS 662 Mini-ITX

You can clone the 2.5" drive on any computer - doesn't have to be the limited port one. Put it in an external case and also put the new target drive in another external case and clone one to the other.
Acronis True Image can be put on a thumb drive if the machine willboot from a thumb drive.

EaseUS Disk Copy is a very straight forward and easy way to go.
Oh, and it's FREE too!

Just make sure you select the correct source and destination drives.

I tried True Image and then Migrate Easy but neither see both my hard drives. They claim there's only one and 2 are required. Yet, in My Computer both are clearly there.

I finally finished the job and it's only 12:23 am. :p
I ended up using Clonezilla with unetbootin-eeeubuntu-windows-276 as the supporting sw to create a bootable usb drive.

Thanks to everyone who lent a hand.
