Well.. title says it all.

Last video camera i bought was a panasonic and it had a small tape inside it... 9 years ago..
So i have no ideas about whats good these days..

The use of the video camera wont be professional, just home videos and stuff.

How is this camera ? Link ...

Me personnally, I'd go with a Canon (much better optics than sony). Or a camera with a ccd bigger than 1/6" (that sony has a 1/6" cdd sensor, kinda small, so low light situations would suffer).
