I need to bring focus to a program on startup

I have a program, and when it's added to the startup folder or the registry to start up it starts up minimized... any way to make it start up maximizied?

right click on the link in the startup folder...click on properties...in a box called "run" theres a drop down...mark it as maximized...press OK and you should be good to go

also check the program command line to make sure there are no /m or -m or something along those lines...usually is a special tag to make the prog run minimized overridding the windows function

hmm okay.. now the problem is that it needs to be 'in focus'... it starts up max'd but isn't the selected window

use something like:
Explorer /select,C:\Link\To\Shortcut\TestProg.exe

and then in combination with the shortcut maximized...should be good to go
