Where this guy was boring or something and his brother pays this company to basically fake some exciting events in his life but he trips out and thinks its real. In the end they surprise him with the truth at his bday party but he still thinks its some game?
 
I was going to say it is that episode where Kramer sells his life stories to J Peterman for Peterman's biography, and then Kramer is forced to buy Newman's stories about his boils.
