Hey guys, I am in the market to start doing a little web hosting for future customers, sort of a side dish thing. Here is was I need. I am going to be able to spend $45 a month on this, so for this, I need the MOST space, bandwidth available. I am also going to need to be able to use POP3, SMTP, and IMAP with each domain web host I resell. Please help me in any way you can!

Agreed, I have a resellers account and dedicated server with HTTPme.COM they're awesome.

I would also consider a VPS which gives you a lot more power and flexibity.

You get root access, the ability to create your own reseller accounts, more CPU/RAM resources, etc.
