turn on/off anti aliasing and all the other tweaks/settings for nVidia cards. I have a GeForce 3 Ti500 if that makes a difference...

nVidia's control panel already includes full settings for FSAA. For the most comprehensive nVidia tweaking utility try RivaTuner.
