I need the best "all in wonder" motherboard for a system build, value one too.

I am building a PC for a friend and was hoping to get opinions on motherboards that have built-in LAN, video, sound and will support probably PC2700 ram and an ATA 133 HD.

Is Gigabyte's version any good?

If it's got to be radical budget, consider the ECS/PC-Chips offerings that have a premounted Duron right out of the box. Truly onboard everything; below $100.
