In my opinion... yes.
There are many people who are screwed up on drugs or just mentally that would walk right up to a cop and do something like that before pulling a knife or doing some other weird thing. The cop had every right to feel threatened and react accordingly (if this video is real). Any sane person would not think to do that, so the person got what he deserved.

But it's still damn hilarious :D

think how easy that would be to setup and film. You just need a cops suit from a rental store. Plus have you heard anything on the news (this is a REALLY old clip btw) about this? Have you seen the footage played on TV?

Going through the whole trouble of renting a cop suit and someone having acting skills high enough to play out the whole confident, suprised, to panic sequence seem too elaborate to be a believable theory. I'd say dumb people doing stupid things shot on video sounds much more straightforward and plausible.

what did the news and TV say about the footage? I never seen it.

nothing that I know of, and that's the problem. Don't you think if this police brutality was caught legitamitly on tape we would of heard much more about it? As for the "scene" being to elaborate, it looks to me like somthing 3 bored guys might do on a sunday afternoon. 1 cam, 3 guys, 1 car, 1 suit.

And the trouble of renting a cop suit (it could even be a friend who is a cop) is enough in some peoples eyes for the online attention at least.....cause she bangs she bangs....

Does anybody have the video of the guy who gets pulled over and he starts cussing the cop out? (Where he rips up the ticket and the cop tells him to pick it up or he'll get a ticket for littering?)

bwhahah.

I know off hand at least 3 people that can pull this off. they are pretty good actors heck 2 of them are over 6'2" and both are at least 220lbs of muscle. so they look like cops.

I'm sure more people here know more then that.

get off the computer and go out and get to know REAL people.
