I need suggestions on my future computer.

I will be building a second computer soon. So I have a few questions. I'm not sure if its a good question or a stupid one but I'll ask anyways..

I want suggestions on some of the best OCing hardware.

There are 2 pieces of this computer my mind is set on.

CPU - X2 4200
Graphics - 7800GTX

I was told DFI makes some good OCing mobos. This true? or does it still stand true with everything... You might get a good OCer or you might not.

Yes, DFI makes good OC boards. I had a really bad experience with one of the NF4 Ultra DFI boards and won't touch one again for a long time, but thats just me. Asus and Abit have yet to let me down.

If you are going to be OCing, then you definitely want to pick up some high quality RAM. OCZ makes some nice stuff, but its a bit pricey. Actually, all the premier memory is expensive. Redline, XMS, VX, etc, its all expensive.

The DFI nF4 Lanparty / DFI nF4 Lanparty UT boards are probably the best OCing boards out. I personally disagree about needing quality ram. I have my A64 @ 2.45 from 1.8 ghz and I'm using Corsair Value Select on my DFI nF4 Lanparty UT Ultra-d. A64's aren't hurt much by slower memory speeds, so using a divider is not going to hurt yoru performance much if at all.

If you are going to get the X2 4200, you may as well spend a few more $$ and get the X2 4400, which has a boost in cache. Or if you are looking to save some cash, get the X2 3800, which overclocks pretty well so far. Either way, don't get the X2 4200.

If anything I would jump up to the 4400. Thanks for the suggestion.

I'm new with the PCI-E and SLI. So if I screwed up and missed something please be sure to tell me.

It looks good. You could save some money by getting a cheaper CPU and maybe a 7800GT though. You could just get the Ultra-D.
