I will be going on vacation soon there, and I have been to Disney at least 5 times, most recently being last X-mas. I heard about a knights jousting/dinner thing there that I might try. Also, if I recall right I remember there being a Ripley's Believe it Not museum there. These smaller types of things are what I guess I am looking for.
Suggestions?
Thanks!

Drive east until you get wet. Enjoy the ocean. Eat BBQ. Enjoy the ocean. Enjoy not being around eighteen million germbags.

yea if you have done the disney thing, then i guess go to universal, Medieval Times is fun from what I've heard, have never gone myself. Other than that though there really isnt much. you could visit the nasa center etc which isnt too far away.

I just recently went to orlando. If you haven't done Island of Adventures or Universal Studios, do it.

We landed on a Sunday, so we didn't feel like hiting up a theme park the same day. However, we didn't want the day to go to waste so when hit up skyventure, a wind tunnel that simulates sky dives. http://www.skyventure.com/ It was fun.

Then we hit up the Mall at Millenia, which was really nice, and we had dinner at le Coq Au Vin, a French restuarant that was delicous. You can look up and read reviews about these places at tripadvisor.com

There is a Ripleys. There is Medieval Knights and Arabian Nights. There are plenty of good places to eat. There are plenty of clubs/bars. There is a museum. There is a local brewery that had some pretty good beers.

Dali museum is in St Pete. It is good but that drive can be a bit stressful. The opposite direction of the Dali Museum is the Kennedy Space Center. That drive is a lot easier.

Um..

Universal?

If it weren't winter, I'd suggest going to a water park.

It can still be warm enough for a water park there in the Winter. When I was there the first week of January last year, it was pretty much 80F the whole week. Where I come from, that's Watersliding season! :D
