Is this a good deal and Good Quality ?? or no??

I'm Shopping for a chassis + a decent PSU for a regular Core 2 Duo Processor System.

Mwave Chassis which is INTEL TAC certified..

any idea on this kind of chassis?? Price looks good to me..

$38.75 for the case and 485W psu.. there are cheaper ones w/ POWER but.. not TAC..
So.. can someone Give me any suggestion/comments ?? Better Choices??

Thanks!

One seldom finds a combo like that where either part is really good. 0.6 metal=flimsy. Can you buy a really good 485W PSU for the price of this whole package? I didn't think so. Save up until you can afford a decent PSU - don't skimp on the cornerstone of your system. Then you can put whatever case around it as all it has to do is hold the parts. Check the Craig's List for your area - maybe you can pick up some good used for cheap. I almost always buy my PSUs used so I can have better than I would afford otherwise. I see some Ultra Wizard cases in the LA area there for a good price (as they probably got 'em for free after rebate - gotta keep an eye out for sales - check Hot Deals here). Now just need to find a good PSU. Check the FS/T section here. I didn't see anything on craigslist for that. I've been looking at this iStar unit for my own system. It's plenty for a moderate system (no high-end video cards, etc.) and a lot better PSU than has been available at that price ever. If you really need more power: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817189003 - another nice one: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817163110 - another: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817103012 - another: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817104952 That ought to give you some food for thought.

Looks like an HP case.

TAC doesn't really matter that much. I'd rather have 120mm fans in the front and back.

I wouldn't trust the PSU.

Search for Zepper's thread on the Rosewill cases from NewEgg, there's some good budget cases in that post.
