This study also founds that malonic acid ester of CoA influenced appetite. There's a huge amount of research in this field. You could probably dig around the www for months and find tons of helpful or interesting material.

If you're just starting out, you don't need any supplements. Follow a healthy diet and exercise regularly. This will help you to normalize your health.

I skimmed through. It has all been said.
Do the work. (many people)
Eat good food, don't need supplements ( many people)
get off the sugars in particular, that includes fruit sugars. ( Nod to DaPunisher)
People glom on fruit and think they are doing good because it is natural and fiber and reasons. Fructose still fuels inflammation which gets at you in many ways. Just cut it out and see for yourself.
