I need some suggestions ...

Well I would like to get some suggestions from you guys, and possibly links to the recipes if possible. Her 21st bday is tomorrow, and I am going to cook her something nice for dinner. I don't want to cook her steaks or mashed potatoes, because I do that on the regular (because its my favorite thing to eat and she seems to love it too 🙂).

So could someone give me some suggestions what to cook for her, and possibly give me a link to the recipe? thanks.

LKook for Doug Coopers post, 2nd to last in the thread. That cheesecake is something else. Make that cheesecake and an Italian meal. I'd do a simple spaghetti. Shocks Garlic bread. (I just call it that cause its how I do it) Take bread, put butter on it and some garlic salt with a bit of cheese. Bake in the oven till the bread is a bit crunchy, then but fresh cut tomatoes on it. Excellent. So, spaghetti, garlic bread with tomatoes, fresh salad (Real salad! As in, lettuce, tomatoe, onions, peppers, crutons, bacon bits etc) and top it off with the cheesecake.

Most of that is simple. Spaghetti, gralic bread and salad is a snap to make. The cheesecake will take some time however, and to be honest I always end up with a hard crust. Cant get that quite right. Anyways, its relatively simple, and would make a fantastic meal. So, when are we eating? 😉 🙂
