Did you use the thermal tape or pad that came on the heatsink???

You are using the stock heatsink and fan???

I would recheck to make sure the heatsink is seated properly...

I would take heatsink off and clean up the old thermal pad or paste and use some artic silver 2 or 3....Place it on with an old credit card and scrap it smooth and until it is of a almost transparent layer of paper thin consistency.....

The front fans are intakes...exhaust would be implied to outward motion....I would maybe look at placing one of the exhaust at the top of the case with a case modification and maybe one of the intake fans and place it on the side of the case about vid card level....

The only power supplies I know of with fan aiming at cpu is still and exhaust fan and it pulls air from the case...It does not shoot air into the case...the heat of the power supply would be extremely detrimental to heat temperatures in the case so that is not logical...

Thanx for the tips. When I place this credit card peice, do I place it against the heatsink first and then the thermalpaste, or do I put the thermal past on the heatsink first and then the credit card?

Also, when you say "scrape it", what do I scrape it with? Sand paper?

He means to spread it with a credit card. There are excellent instructions for applying grease here.

Please do not cross post. It makes it more difficult for people to help you and it makes it more difficult to find your post later (if you use a relevant title on your thread).
