I need some school advisement...

I'm in 2 classes now and will take 2 more in the Spring. What should I do after my MBA? My undergrad is in Gen Management and HR Management... I feel as though I need another degree or something.

Currently, I am working as a Sys Admin at a University. I only have a few certs(Novell & General Microsoft/Hardware), so I'm thinking about getting out of IT eventually and doing something else.
