He has a Dell 5150. He claims to have an "nVidia 9250" (no clue if that's an actual model...I remember an ATi Radeon 9250

He wants to upgrade to the Core 2 processor. I think he'd be better off spending that money on a graphics card and/or memory than the processor alone.
Am I right/wrong? What can I tell him to convince him, if I am right? What would you guys buy?
