I need to replace the drivers (old school and shot) in my speakers. The speakers are older Realistic (Radio Shack) speakers, but the cabinets are of decent quality (real wood veneer, so-so crossovers, fiber lined) and I'd just like to reuse them (don't want to shell out money for new cabinet speakers).
One issue, though, is that these use an 8" driver and have an 8" passive radiator instead of a port. I'm not sure how much consideration I should give that when getting drivers
Should I just get some cheap pioneer or dayton drivers from partsexpress?
