How should I organize and expand my essay?
The topic of the essay is about nanotubes and semiconductors. Basically, I will be writing about how the nanotubes will have a huge impact on the future of CPUs. (transistors and stuff)

This is how I see it so far:
Current Processors (specs, how they are made, materials and so forth)
then I will discuss about the nanotubes (when discovered, future applications)
and finally I will incorporate nanotubes and Processor together (how nanotubes can be used to make a new line of processor, and also the impact it will have)

How is it looking? Any ideas/expansions are welcome.

if i may...briefly include the condition of current processors in your introduction. and im assuming you're writing a 5 paragraph essay. include what processors can achieve in the future with the combo in the conclusion. you should close with a quote...those kinds of essays are always good.
