In the past few days my ipod has been acting strangly. I will not hold a charge over 3-4 hours. it is a gen 4 20GBipod. and also when i connect to my computer, windows XP, it sits there and the tool bar is frozen. when i disconnect and end the ipodhelper process, everything is back to normal. anyone have ideas?

i have a post in the Apple forums so ill see waht i get with that does anyone have ideas? please be logical

i remember once when i connected it to my comp it wouldnt fully charge so i had to plug it into the wall, just an idea
