I need some help with Symantec AntiVirus.

I was able to download Symantec AntiVirus from my university for free, but the problem is that a lot of the options are locked (probably for all the people that dont know jack about internet security). But I don't know if anyone know hows to unlock any of these options? It has to be something in the program itself...

It's most likely the Enterprise Version and it's locked on purpose it order to keep out the people that think they know about Internet Security.
