I need some help with suggestions

I just recently bought new parts for my computer.

These include:

ASUS P4P800 Deluxe mobo
Pentium 3.0 Ghz HT Prescott
2 x 512 MB DDRRAM PC3200


I was looking at different programs for benchmarking and overclocking supervisions and what not, and I was wondering what you guys recommend. I downloaded prime95, which a friend recommended. Are there any other programs that test other things?


And also, if it's possible, what ideal overcloking numbers would you suggest for my system?


Any help would be greatly appreciated. I heard good things about you guys!

You could try super pi, and if you have a decent graphics card, you could try 3dmark05 and 3dmark06.

Cpu-z is another nice program to have if you're oc'ing.
