One of my other computers is a Abit K7V with T-Bird 750 Voodoo 3 3000 AGP Video. For some reason when windows loads the monitor doesn't have any picture. I can hear the startup music and everything I just don't get a picture or screen or anything. The monitor screen is blank. Just last night everything was perfectly fine. If I load in safemode I get a picture. Can someone tell me what the problem is? Why all of a sudden would this happen? And what to do to solve it.

Thanks,
Jason

you need to go into safe mode...kill the video card from device manager...reboot into normal windows...and it should find it ok...perhaps the card got confused and is trying to run at too high a refresh or resolution for your monitor....this method will let you re-install the card fresh.

I suspect sohcrates is right - you probably have a resolution/refresh rate set which is too high for you monitor and need to uninstall the drivers in safe mode.

It definitely sounds like a refresh rate problem to me. The reason safe mode loads fine is because it uses 640x480 at 60Hz. (I think), which just about all monitors/video cards support.
