I need some help placing my TV / couch / Speakers. Any ideas?

The living is definitely 12 feet from the bedroom door to the far wall. Now not taking the preprinted couch into account can I place the tv (wall mounted) on the opposite wall and leave about a foot behind the couch? Or would that be too crammed?

I'm worried about people walking between the viewers and the tv.

Weight: 65.5 lbs. with stand; 60.4 lbs. without stand

I'm planning on putting my polk monitor 60's on both side of the TV with the center right beneath the TV.

I don't have a matching set of rear speakers I do have soem 5 inch tall HTIB rears that I plan on using.

Now with all of that information. How would you arrange my living room?

1 foot is not nearly enough room for a walkway. I'm not understanding the concern regarding people walking in front of the TV, how many people will be walking from the kitchen to the terrace or bedroom 1?

That floorplan is very space efficient, the problem is that because there isn't wasted space your living room doubles as a hallway. IMHO you should forget about an ideal setup and just do the best you can until you can afford a home with a dedicated home theater room. Do you need the bedroom to be a bedroom? Depending on who you share an apartment with and how you entertain, one of the bedrooms would make a much more suitable theater and the living room could be used as a bedroom.
