This is really hard. She's gonna do it regardless of what people tell her. I have friends who have tried numerous of times to try and let our other friends, who are drug addicts, know that they should stop because they're hurting themselves, family, us, everyone. And they don't listen. It's a hard situation to be in. Just hope she doesn't move on to more harder drugs like heroin, cocaine, speed, etc.

i have tried almost everyone (edit): only ONCE, and that more than enough for me.. but got trapped on dextroamphetamine and amphetamine.. which is not as bad..

He drowned exactly one month after his wedding to a girl he fell in love with in 6th grade. ONE GOD DAMNED MONTH. He had just gotten a job making over 40k a year, and had bought a $200,000 house 3 months earlier. He had it MADE, and he lost it all.

Personally, I don't think drugs are bad as long as they are used appropriately and the user can maintain control of the rest of their life. A very small portion of the people that try marijuana will actually become drug addicts or screw up their life. If you are really that worried about her, why don't you sit down and try to have an honest conversation with her. Ask her about her experience, why she did, if she knows the possible outcomes of her actions, etc. Odds are it will do nothing, but it is about all you can do and still maintain a friendship with her.
