I need some help acquiring a webcertificate

I live in Canada and want to get the Maxtor 80gig Hard Drive from Staples for $35. Staples doesn't accept International CC's and neither does webcertificates. Someone willing to buy me a webcert and I'll paypal the money. PM me.

Technically no, I don't need a webcert. However I wouldn't mind being able to order from Staples, Office Depot, and other stores that no longer accept International CC's. Webcertificates said a year ago that they would be accepting International CC's shortly. A year is not a short amount of time when your in the hot deals business, yesterday is.
I'm actually looking at the max webcert of $200 so that I can use it for other deals when they arise. I know that webcerts charges a fee to get the thing, and so does paypal when the payment is from a CC. Obviously, I would cover those costs.
