Memory Modules 2
Siemens HyS64V16220GU-8 07056A3A
128MB 16x(8MX8) SDRAM PC100-222-622
(CL3 upto 100MHz)(CL2 upto 100MHz)

Memroy Modules 3
128MB 8x(16Mx8) SDRAM PC133U-333-542
(CL3 upto 133MHz)(CL2 upto 100MHz)

The question is on memory modules 3, this memory is a KingMax 128MB PC133 CAS2 7ns, recently bought from premiersystem.
Promise to PC150.
But, the test result says only upto 133MHz and only at cas3? how come
and someone please tell me what does the following mean:
PC133U-333-542

I understand PC133, but not "U", what is 333 and 542 stand for?
base one this information, can u tell it is better or the same quality as the siemen mem?(i don't know what 333 stands for, may be it is much better or just another standard)

My Apacer pc133 is rated 3-3-3 but I run it at cas2 150 w/ 4way interleave and all the goodies with no problem at all.

That '333' means that the person who sold you the RAM either sent you the wrong stuff or lied, since it is not CAS2, but CAS3...or, since there are actually three separate parts to the CAS specification, yours is 3,3,3 and not 2,2,2...
