I've seen threads about updating the BIOS from PCTreiber so I can run an Intel dual core E5500 on this motherboard. But is that all I need to do? Just download the BIOS off the link in this thread: http://forums.anandtech.com/showthread.php?p=29873381

Or are there more steps to take? Anyone with knowledge please help me.


---- Problem solved. Had the computer store 2 doors down from where I work do the installation. No updated BIOS and no problems.

Problem solved. Had the place 2 doors down from where I work install the Intel Pentium E5400 and it works. No BIOS update...
