I need some advice on headphones

Bill: They're really not bad once you get used to them... the SR60's now have more comfortable earpads, as the old ones were really harsh. With the new pads you can wear them for hours. As for sound quality, I've gotta say these are the best sounding headphones I've ever heard, save for the PortaPro's. Excellent highs and mids, and good bass response as well. I've already sold two pair to friends that listened to mine...

How much did you pay for your Grados? Where I am they were somewhere around 100 bucks CAD last time I checked. Which is around 65 US or so.

Yeah, I paid $69 for mine, so that sounds about right... if you already have the PortaPro's, it probably wouldn't be worth it to switch. The Pros do have better bass response, the Grados have better highs and mids...
