I bought a wetsuit about 3 years ago from the local surf shop. They have sience moved but are under the same management. Now, they said I had lifetime warrenties on the seams, and that I could take it in whenever I wanted.
So here is my story,
I went in today and tried to get it repaird. It has some rips in the top and some small holes in the legs (all in the seams). I figured they would take it in, repair it and have it done by monday or whatever. Well the lacky that was working there told me that it wasn't under warenty and to buy some wet suit glue. I asked him where the owner was (I used to know the guy on a first name basis until I stopped going in for some time, haven't been in there in a like a year), and he told me to come back tomorrow. I know this guy to be a gready bastard, and I know that he will deny the lifetime warenty, What should I tell him? What kind of apprach should I go with? All I am asking for is a repair job, nothing more. Any suggestions?
