I need some advice for which motherboard to get for ocing

Im thinking about building a new computer. I read a lot about these boards but would like to know which would be best for overclocking and stablity. I would appreciate it, If someone can tell me the pros and cons on these boards. Im thinking of buy either a 3200+ or a 3500+ venice.

thx for the replies guys. Is it true that the venice cant oc as high as the winchester since it runs hotter? So is it better to get a winny than a venice?
