I need recommendations on tracking expenses and bills

I am having to start track, keep up and pay the bills and I want to track my spending. I would prefer an Android app or something browser based

People seem to like "You Need A Budget". A co-worker likes Mint.
Me, I just use a spreadsheet.

Keeping track of expenses sucks so I just follow the "if I want it ima buy it I don't ask no price" (ice cream paint job) mantra.

Quicken for proper double entry accounting. Mint for simple retards with few accounts that don't care.

My bank online section takes care of the majority of that for me as I pay all my bills online through that. But just to keep easier track I use Google Docs spreadsheet. Most importantly I can access it anywhere on any device pretty much.
