I need recommendations for 2D video card

Hi,

I work mainly with photoshop,
I am looking for a sharp (corner to corner) video card.
pci-e.
I have a low budget for this card.

Any suggestions?

Traditionally one of the best manufacturers for 2D quality has been matrox. Howevertheir products are far from cheap.

Are you using a CRT or LCD (with DVI) and how many displays are you intending to use?

Most modern cards are able to output very good 2D quality.
 
any will be fine. the matrox pci-e card is something like $120 or something.
thre G450 fro a normal pci slot(which your motherboard willalso have) is $98 on newegg.

but truthfully, if you are willing to sacruifice alittle, any modern card should do fine.(9xxx and 6xxx serires and up)
