Instead of downloading, try uploading. Find your gateway and ping it!

ping gatewayip -l 63000 -t

Run as many processes as necessary. You can adjust the l value just beneath your upstream limit so surfing won't choke but their pings will skyrocket in the hundreds!

It is because of people like you that the ftp sites for these downloads get really slow.
If you do not need the file, do not kill the servers just for fun

do you have access to the router? If you do you could just log into it, and it probably has a list of IPs its assigned.

you could also scan all the IPs on you local block.
