I need quiet cooling for my cpu

My GlobalWin FOP38 is driving me crazy, and I've realized it's a bit overkill for my system. So I'm looking for a heatsink/fan which can keep my CPU sufficiently cool without the insane noises that come with a 7k rpm fan.

My rig (the important bits, anyway):
TBird 850@918 (9*102)
384MB RAM, running at 135MHz
Abit KT7-RAID
2 SCSI CD-ROM/RW drives, 1 IDE DVD-ROM
1 SCSI 10k rpm HDD, 2 ATA100 7.2k rpm HDD's
ATI Radeon 64MB DDR
AOpen HX08 case

This does generate quite an amount of heat, but it would be fairly quiet if it weren't for that FOP38. After a few hours with 100% CPU utilization, the CPU temperature is about 122 degrees Fahrenheit, and I don't think a few degrees more would hurt if I could just lower the noise level a bit.

So, what I need are some suggestions on heatsinks/fans that are quiet but at the same time efficient enough for my rig. I've been looking at the Molex Radial Fin 37165-0020 and the NoiseControl NC1957, but I don't know much about them. Especially the Molex fan is virtually impossible to find any information on. Does anyone know anything about these two fans, or do someone have other suggestions?

Check out zalman- I just ordered a CNPS 3100 plus for my new setup from directron. It looks like it should be pretty decent - has good reviews and looks to be a nice quiet setup. Looks pretty anyway. I'm probably going to order a few quiet case fans also, just to try to really improve things.

Yah, I'm running a duron 600@1000mhz with a FoP38. At first I had the delta, but it drove me nuts so I picked up a different fan from 2cooltek. My temp did go up a little, but it is still reasonible and a hell of a lot more quiet. Anyway, thats probably the best way to do it if you want to go the cheap route.

Hm, didn't think of that possibility. Cheap is always nice. I'll give it a try. I don't need a <19dB fan or anything, I'd just like to at least get it below 40dB :)
