Have you considered throwing your shoes in the washing machine (cold)?

there are tricks to take the stink out. I take out the insoles and wash them after running in the rain. baking soda helps too

I don't think the insoles come out on these shoes...

Shoes may shrink in the dryer. Make sure to dry it on low and cool. Or hang dry.

wash on cold

put in dryer with a wadded up sock inside of it, right up at the very front. Won't shrink a bit.

When they're wet, stuff some newspaper all the way into the shoes to help them dry. You may need to do it more than once if they're really wet.
