I currently have a 4-port cable/dsl router. I need more ports, can I just get this?

What does 'auto-sensing' mean as opposed to a 'workgroup' switch ?

I go to Amazon.com and the same model number router is labelled 'Workgroup' switch by them: Amazon

If you already have a route,r all you need to add to it is any old Hub/Switch or other router with DHCP turned off.n So yes that would work fine. I have a little 4 port LinkSYs hub that is probably 6 years old or so that I use. Works great.
