I need to buy a good/decent PA system (portable) at a B&M place (CC, BB, Frys etc) by 11:30am tomarrow morning for my work

anybody have any suggestions? Plz help me!

What i am looking for:

Speaker/amplifier combo
Microphone
Microphone stand

I just need some good information!

How much are you looking to spend?
How big is your budget?
How big is the room you gotta fill with sound?

The mic stand (just about any) should be roughly $75 for a GOOD one...
A big mic (Shure, Audio Technica, etc) should be $150...
Get a nice mic cable for around $30 (50 footer)

My personal recommendation for an amp:
Carver, Yamaha, Peavey, Crest...Good stuff.
You don't want your amp to be underpowered for your speakers.

For speakers, Something like:
Elite, Peavey, Bose (yes Bose), Toa are nice stuffs.

Really gotta know the first questions at the top though 😀
