I need honest opinions about the Dell 2007FPW

The Dell has a superior S-IPS screen. So if they fix the banding/text blur, it would be the one to go for IMO.

Didn't Dell switch to PVA, or something? Maybe I've got this mixed up.

Dell 2007fp switched to PVA.
Dell 2007wfp stayed with S-IPS.

Actually I wanted/ordered the 2007fp just at the time they switched and got the PVA when I was expecting S-IPS. :-(

Aggravating to say the least.
