Hey, first off, i'm new to the forum and it looks like i'll be here for a while, from what I've already read you guys know your stuff.

Which brings me to my next delimma. I need a new motherboard that's gonna work. I built my own computer less than a year ago (AMD 3000+, GeForce 6600GT, 1 gb Kingston ValueRam, maxtor 160 gb hd) and ever since then I have been having problems with my motherboard, an MSI K8N Neo4. It arrived with the audio doa, shortly after my integrated lan went out, and now my north bridge fan is on the frizz...which to MSI's credit is being replaced for free via a new fan in the mail. But, story short, I am tired of MSI and just plain want a new mb.

It obviously needs to be socket 939, sli ready, preferrably have integrated lan and audio, and have at least 4 gb of ddr 400 pc3200 ram space available. I read reviews of alot of boards on newegg.com and couldn't find one that just really stuck out that noone had major problems with, so I want to know your peeps opinion.

By the way, price isn't too bad of an object...i'm looking to spend around 150, but if it's worth it then i'll spend a lil extra.

Thanks in advance for any advice you can give me.
