i'm really retarded and don't know where to post this, but i can't open Users in the Control Panel... 🙁, i'm kinda scared.. that's not a good thing right?

and i think post belongs to the software forum. but anyhoo, try that.

if it still doesn't let you do it, then your account does not have administrator power
