Can anyone help me with Zonealarm Pro? I've tried Zonelabs website and their email support, the website had nothing and the 2 days reply email turned into 7 days and still waiting 
I'm running v.3.0.133 and have 2 major problems, the first is the program access settings delete each time i log off or restart so I have to set the entire access list up at 5 times a day now, it was fine for a few weeks and then it just started doing this.
The second is theres no way to uninstall it, there no file in the folder, i tried through control panel but the icon just disapeared and didnt remove the program. This means I cant reinstall it to try and fix problem 1 or upgrade because u have to uninstall current version first.
Any help would be greatly appreciated
