i need help with xpostfacto!

i got xpostfacto 3.0 then i put it on my desktop in 10.1 (powermac g3)
(im tryng to put 10.3)
and it says to run it i dont know what to do

i click on the xpostfacto file and it says it doent know what app to open it with
