I need help with tv

I have an element flat screen and recently when I turn it on the light turns blue to turn on and then immediately goes back to red to turn off. Sometimes it gets to the blue screen but most times it doesn't. I too the back of the tv off and don't see anything wrong with it either. I don't know how to put a picture on here.
